President

As president of Star-Lo Communications, I am committed to the continued success of our firm’s explosive growth, while ensuring our focus remains on treating customers and associates with integrity and concern. In essence, our team strives to build our business by building relationships. I am proud to be associated with the talented and dedicated group which comprises the Star-Lo family, and continue to believe a company is only as good as the quality of its people.

Beginning my career in telecommunications over 20 years ago, I started as an apprentice telephone systems installer technician. Through the years my career progressed from a technician foreman, to sales manager, and ultimately lead me into the position of Chief Operating Officer for one of New Jerseys largest telecom cabling contractors.

In 2004 I went on and found Star-Lo Communications with partners Kevin O’ Connor and Joseph Stark. I pride myself on remaining actively involved in all aspects of ongoing projects and always being accessible to our customers on matters both great and small.

Ron Nardone

Director of Field Operations

As Director of Field Operations, I apply my more than 20 years in the Telecommunications/Low Voltage industry to providing the highest level of service to my customers. My project experience ranges from minor tenant move and change work to forune 500 Corporate Headquarters. Oversight of manpower, material and coordination with other construction crafts, client and their integrator/vendors, from the beginning to end of the project is my top priority. I pride myself on serving and protecting my client while delivering a top quality product.

Jose Lopez

Chief Estimator

As Chief Estimator, I have 26 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry. My knowledge encompasses many facets of our industry including Distribution, Sales, Estimating and Project Management.

I am knowledgeable in Audio Visual, Access Control, Nurse Call, Sound Masking, DAS and Structured Cabling, whereas, I exhibit a professional attitude and dedication on all projects.

Justin Ingenito

Project Manager

As a member of the Star-Lo family, I bring more than a decade of combined practical, operational and executive experience of low voltage construction. I’m have hands-on, management and design experience in Audio Visual, Access Control, Nurse Call and Structured Network Cabling. I ‘m focused on delivering exceptional client service, and bringing your project to completion in a professional and effective way. I am an active member of the IBEW, and hold several trade and professional certifications. I am a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, with a B.A. in Communications. When I am not working, I enjoy volunteering and spending time with my family.
